Youth Groups

My work with youth groups has included co-ordinating poetry slam workshops and other poets for Wigan Council targeted youth clubs , including girls groups, Youth Council and Leigh Roma groups. 

 

In Blackpool and Wigan I've worked extensively with young LGBTQ+ groups to create poetry and creative evaluation stories for PRIDE events.

 

In Hull, Astra Youth Club, Bransholme, we created celebratory poetry to be transformed into sculpture, wrote raps and made characters and stories for comics.
