In April 2019 the first tour of A to B ends. The talented Josh from Hawk Dance Theatre asked me to write some family-friendly poetry for libraries. 22 performances and 19 libraries later- the first leg is complete. Josh, Emily and Helen- the dance artists, and Lee Affen- the musician, were a pleasure to work with.
This work continues from a series of projects I've been working on exploring the synergy between poetry and contemporary dance. I call this dancepoetry- a different way of creating, a different sort of performance.
